Emergency Appeal

AT THE time of writing, the recent terrorist attacks in Colombo and Batticloa in Sri Lanka on three churches and three hotels have resulted in almost 500 deaths, have left a similar number injured and caused devastation to the lives of the people there.

The National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Sri Lanka, Fr Basil Rohan Fernando (above), has appealed to those who support the PMS throughout the world—including here in Scotland—to help rebuild the lives of the people there as well as the Church, a call that has been echoed by His Eminence Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith of Colombo and the Secretary General for the Society for the Propagation of the Faith, Father Tadeusz J Nowak.

If you would like to pledge your assistance to the people of Sri Lanka in their time of need, you can do so by clicking one of the red 'donate now' buttons above.

Thank you for your love, prayers and support.
