We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 28 days. Please call or e-mail the Missio Scotland office with your details and the reason for the return and we will either provide you with an exchange or a refund. 

We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. However, if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return postage.

Orders will be dispatched within two working days. The cost of postage and packaging will be added to your order and is subject to change. If you require further information on shipping times and costs, please call or e-mail the Missio Scotland office.
